	Sharing the Good News with North Jersey children!




	General Requests Please pray for salvation of the children in your own municipality. Ask the Lord to call men and women to serve on the North Jersey Chapter committee. Pray that the Lord of the Harvest would send more volunteers to serve with CEF reaching boys and girls through club ministry, both in summer 5-Day Clubs and in weekly Good News Clubs during the school year. Financial resources are needed. Pray that the Lord would provide abundantly to not only maintain, but to grow the ministry. Please pray for Twyla as she directs the local work. She needs faith, wisdom, creativity, boldness and stamina as she prioritizes her time and efforts. January Prayer Requests & Praises Praise the Lord for the opportunity to be part of His plan to reach the world with the Gospel! Good News Club Pray for Twyla as she contacts churches and pastors about starting new Good News Club in local public schools. Pray that the Lord will provide the needed teachers and helpers to continue the clubs that have already been meeting. Please pray for continued open doors for clubs to meet in public schools. Continue to pray that God will work in the hearts and lives of our Good News Club teachers and helpers. Bergen County Clubs (from Marie Brown) We have an urgent need for teachers in Maywood (Tuesdays) and River Edge (Thursdays). Pray for strength and wisdom for the leaders. Pray for many children to come to the clubs. Pequannock Club (from Linda Parzek) Pray that the children may be bold enough to ask their classmates to come to Good News Club. We would also like prayer that God will give the teachers and helpers wisdom in handling disruptions to make the club as enjoyable as possible with maximum productivity and minimum wasted effort for all. Paterson - Alexander Hamilton Academy Club (from Carol Bradbury) Please pray for one or two additional volunteers for our Wednesday club. Pray for strength and wisdom for the leaders. Lebanon Township - (from Marybeth Pupa) We are asking for the Lord’s power and might to open the door for one of our GNC teachers, Heidi, for an additional way to promote their Good News Club. Please Lord go before her making a way for all to hear of Your love and truth so many will come to You, bringing honor to Your great name, the name of Jesus Christ our King! Training Praise that the curriculum training on January 11 for Good News Club volunteers was well attended.
